Mr. Rice has handled legal malpractice actions since 1979.  Although there is no limit to the types of cases that can give rise to a legal malpractice claim, typically they involve the failure to meet deadlines, or  meet a statute of limitations,  poor drafting of documents,  claims based upon a conflict of interest, misuse of the attorney-client position,  breach of a fiduciary duty to a client, and so forth. Again  there are however no limits to the circumstances that can give rise to a claim.

Not all bad results involve actionable legal negligence.  Some bad results are just one of the possible outcomes of a legal disputes.  To have a legal negligence claim that Mr. Rice will accept, you will probably need to have suffered a monetary loss of at least one hundred thousand dollars.  Mr. Rice limits the number of cases that he agrees to handle so that he can personally handle yours.
