Martin Rice worked his way through college and law school, and graduated from Stetson College of Law 1974 with Honors. He understands the value of hard work. His practice has included the handling of legal malpractice claims since 1979. In 1985, he was elected the then youngest President of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, and in 2000, he received the prestigious Richard T. Earle, Jr. Award for Professionalism.
